She is responsible for handling financial management of the company, includes financial planning and policies, timely financial reporting in compliance with statutory requirements to achieve strategic business objectives and long-term sustainability. She involves in communicating with other advisories on acquisitions, mergers, and business expansions, and from there, she has to develop insightful proposals and highlight financial implications  to ensure they are aligned with company strategy as well as achieve optimal resource allocation.
